Refund Policy
We will endeavour to issue a refund of remitted fees in the event of your cancellation.
If you cancel:
- Before 30 calendar days of the event start date, a full refund minus 2% for fee-handling costs will be issued.
- Between 30 and 7 calendar days before the event start date, a 50% refund will be issued.
- Within 7 calendar days of the event start date, the remitted fee is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation owing to public health compliance, such as due to COVID-19 infection, a full refund minus 2% for fee-handling costs will be issued.
